§ 81955 County Bond Issuance Procedures

When authorized by resolution of the board, as provided in this chapter, the county treasurer shall prepare and procure the printing or engrossing of bonds, coupons, indenture, or other instruments and contracts or agreements of every kind required or convenient for or pertaining to the issuance or sale of bonds. (Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 251, Sec. 28. Effective June 11, 1982. Operative July 1, 1982, by Sec. 47 of Ch. 251.)
