§ 81623 Sustainable Community College Buildings

Key Takeaways

  • •Community colleges should build or upgrade buildings to be eco-friendly and save energy.
  • •They should use things like solar power and other green tech in these buildings.
  • •There should be one special building built as an example for all other colleges to follow.

Example

A community college wants to build a new classroom building.

They must try to make it super energy-efficient, maybe by adding solar panels or using materials that save energy. They can look at the special example building to see how it’s done.
