§ 51722 Evening High School Credit

Key Takeaways

  • •Evening high school classes must teach the same stuff as regular day high school classes.
  • •If you pass an evening class, all the regular high schools in the area must accept the credit.
  • •This rule makes sure evening classes are just as good as day classes.

Example

A student takes a math class at night because they work during the day.

If they pass the class, their regular high school must count it as a real math credit, just like if they took it during the day.
