§ 51422 High School Equivalency Results

Each scoring contractor shall provide the Superintendent with a set of results for each examinee who has taken all or a portion of a high school equivalency test that has been approved by the state board. Each scoring contractor shall forward to the Superintendent the fee established pursuant to Section 51421 for each examinee who has taken the general educational development test. (Amended by Stats. 2018, Ch. 92, Sec. 55. (SB 1289) Effective January 1, 2019.)
