§ 41916 Driver Training School Payments

• •Private driving schools get paid after they show proof they taught the lessons.
• •The proof must include the student's name, school, dates, and times of lessons.
• •The payment amount is decided by another law (Section 41915).
• •The school must give this proof to the governing board to get paid.

A teenager takes driving lessons at a private driving school.

After the lessons, the school sends a paper to the government showing the teen's name, the school's name, and when the lessons happened. Then the school gets paid for teaching the teen.
