§ 33305 Director Of Education Definition

Key Takeaways

  • •In some parts of the law, when they say 'head of the department,' they really mean the Director of Education.
  • •This is just to make sure everyone knows who is in charge in those cases.
  • •It helps avoid confusion about who makes decisions in education-related rules.

Example

If a law says the 'head of the department' must approve new school programs.

This means the Director of Education is the one who has to say yes or no, not someone else.
