§ 33300 State Education Department

There is in the state government a State Department of Education. Any reference to the Department of Education shall be deemed to be a reference to the State Department of Education, unless the context otherwise requires. (Amended by Stats. 1980, Ch. 1059, Sec. 3. Effective September 26, 1980.)
