§ 22902 Retirement Contribution Requirements

Key Takeaways

  • •This law is about how much money people must put into their retirement fund.
  • •The amount you put in depends on the rules for the years you worked.
  • •If the rules change, the amount you need to put in might change too.

Example

If you work for 10 years and the rules say you must put in 5% of your paycheck each year, you have to do that.
