§ 22143 Teachers' Retirement Investment Advisers

“Investment manager” and “investment adviser” mean any person, firm, or custodian referred to in Section 22359, either appointed by or under contract with the board to engage in investment transactions or to manage or advise in the management of the assets of the Teachers’ Retirement Fund with respect to the Defined Benefit Program under this part and the Cash Balance Benefit Program under Part 14 (commencing with Section 26000). (Amended by Stats. 1998, Ch. 965, Sec. 6.5. Effective January 1, 1999.)
