§ 19464 Library Property Acquisition Authority

The board of library trustees shall purchase real property, and erect or rent and equip, such buildings or rooms, as in its judgment are necessary properly to carry out the provisions of this chapter. (Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.)
