Key Takeaways

  • •The county school boss can make and share school stuff like books or guides if the county school board says it's okay.
  • •They can sell, give away, or trade these materials with anyone, like other schools or people, unless the school board says no.
  • •This is allowed because it helps with teaching and follows California's rules for schools.

Example

The county school boss makes a guide on how to teach science better.

They can give this guide to teachers in other schools or even sell it to someone who wants it, as long as the school board agrees. This helps everyone learn better.
