§ 18383 Board Annual Organizational Meeting

• •If there's an election for new board members, the meeting must happen within 15 days after the new members start.

If new members join the council because of an election, the meeting to pick the leader and note-taker happens within 15 days after the new members start. If no new members join, the meeting still happens around the same time as it would if there were new members.
