§ 17571 School Underpass Lighting

The governing board of any school district may install and maintain a lighting system in any underpass in the vicinity of a schoolhouse. (Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
