§ 17165 Lottery Funds Bond Repayment

The State Department of Education shall include in its annual survey of schools on the use of lottery funds, the amount of lottery revenues expended to repay bonds issued pursuant to this act. (Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
