§ 17023 School Construction Authority

Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed as changing the powers and duties of the Department of Education or the Department of General Services in respect to schoolsites and the construction of school buildings as contained in Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 17211) and Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 17251) of Part 10.5. (Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
