§ 17012 Board Project Authority

The board has full charge of the acquisition, construction, completion, and control of all projects authorized by them and may proceed with such work forthwith. (Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
