§ 16096 School Building Aid Fund

A fund in the State Treasury is hereby created, to be known as the State School Building Aid Fund. All money in the State School Building Aid Fund, including any money deposited in the fund from any source whatsoever after November 12, 1952, is hereby continuously appropriated without regard to fiscal years for expenditure pursuant to apportionments made under the provisions of this chapter. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
