§ 15202 Petition Hearing Procedures

At the time and place designated in the notice, or at any subsequent time to which the hearing may be postponed, the board of supervisors shall hear any reasons that may be submitted for or against the granting of the petition. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
