§ 12020 Federal Education Funds Authority

The State Board of Education is designated as the state educational agency to carry out the purposes and provisions of Public Law 815 and Public Law 874 of the 81st Congress, and is vested with all necessary power and authority to perform all acts necessary to receive the benefits and to allocate the funds provided by the acts of Congress.
