§ 6313 Member Rights Protection

• •Your rights as a member cannot be taken away by any contract or rules.
• •No agreement or group rules can make your rights smaller or weaker.
• •Even if a contract or rule says something different, your rights stay the same.

You join a club that has rules saying members can't vote on big decisions.

Even if the club's rules say you can't vote, the law says your right to vote as a member can't be taken away. The club's rule doesn't count.
