The commissioner may vacate or modify a stop order if he or she finds that the conditions which caused its entry have changed or that it is otherwise in the public interest to do so. (Amended by Stats. 2014, Ch. 64, Sec. 7. (AB 2742) Effective January 1, 2015.)
