§ 28320 Licensee Office Location Rules

(a) No licensee shall relocate its head office without prior written notice to the commissioner. (b) No licensee shall establish, relocate, or close any office (other than its head office) unless it files a notice with the commissioner not less than two business days after taking the action. (Added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 668, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1999. Operative July 1, 1999, by Sec. 4 of Ch. 668.)
