§ 25244 Surrender Revoked Certificates

Any person whose certificate as a broker-dealer or investment adviser has been suspended or revoked shall immediately surrender such certificate to the commissioner. (Amended by Stats. 1981, Ch. 1120, Sec. 9. Effective October 2, 1981. Operative November 1, 1981, by Sec. 15 of Ch. 1120.)
