§ 16961 Llp Registration Filing Exemption

The filing of a registration with the Secretary of State under Section 16953 or 16959 shall make it unnecessary for all purposes for the registered limited liability partnership or foreign limited liability partnership to make any of the filings referred to in Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 17900) of Part 3 of Division 7 of the Business and Professions Code. (Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 1003, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997.)
