§ 8748 Reciprocal Land Surveyor Licensing

• •If you already have a land surveyor license from another state or country, you can get one here too.
• •You don’t have to take a written test if your license is still valid.
• •You still have to pay a fee and meet the rules set by the board.

A person moves to this state from another state where they were a licensed land surveyor.

They can apply for a license here without taking another test, as long as their old license is still good and they follow the rules.
