§ 8650 Licensee Registration Requirements

• •You must use the exact name on your license or registration when doing business.
• •You can only work at the address or location listed on your license or registration.
• •If you change your business location, you must update your license or registration.

You own a food truck and your license says you can sell food at the park on Main Street.

If you start selling food at the beach instead, or use a different name on your truck, you could get in trouble because your license doesn’t allow that.
