§ 8507 Pest Control Field Representatives

(a) “Structural pest control field representative” is any individual who is licensed by the board to secure structural pest control work, identify infestations or infections, make inspections, apply pesticides, submit bids for or otherwise contract, on behalf of a registered company. A pest control field representative shall not contract for pest control work or perform pest control work on his or her own behalf. (b) As used in this chapter, “field representative” refers to “structural pest control field representative.” (Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 354, Sec. 23. Effective January 1, 2008.)
