§ 7359 Mobile Unit Licensing Requirement

Key Takeaways

  • •You can't hire someone to work in a mobile unit (like a food truck or a moving service) if their job requires a special license and they don't have it.
  • •This rule applies to everyone—people, companies, or any business.
  • •If you break this rule, you can get in trouble with the law (it's called a misdemeanor).

Example

You own a food truck and hire a cook who doesn't have the right license to handle food.

This is against the law because the cook needs a license to work in your food truck. You could get in trouble for hiring them without it.
