§ 7302 Barbering And Cosmetology Definitions

The following definitions shall apply for purposes of this chapter: (a) “Department” means the Department of Consumer Affairs. (b) “Director” means the Director of Consumer Affairs. (c) “Board” or “bureau” means the State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. (d) “Executive officer” means the executive officer of the State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. (Amended by Stats. 2006, Ch. 538, Sec. 14. Effective January 1, 2007.)
