§ 5111 Licensing Exam Cheating Prohibitions

Key Takeaways

  • •Don't talk to anyone except the test supervisor during an exam.
  • •Don't share or ask about exam questions or answers before the test is officially released.
  • •You can't have someone else take the test for you.
  • •Don't bring or use anything during the test that isn't allowed, like notes or phones.
  • •Follow all the test rules, and don't lie about your qualifications to take the test.

Example

A student brings their phone into a driver's license test and uses it to look up answers.

This is against the rules because phones aren't allowed during the test. The student could get in trouble for cheating.
