§ 5108 Board Subpoena Authority

In connection with any investigation or action authorized by this chapter, the board may issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses and the production of papers, books, accounts, documents and testimony pertinent or material to its inquiry, investigation, hearing, proceeding, or action conducted in any part of the state. (Amended (as added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 231) by Stats. 2002, Ch. 1150, Sec. 42. Effective January 1, 2003.)
