§ 477 Definitions Board License

As used in this division: (a) “Board” includes “bureau,” “commission,” “committee,” “department,” “division,” “examining committee,” “program,” and “agency.” (b) “License” includes certificate, registration or other means to engage in a business or profession regulated by this code.
