§ 4328 Pharmacy Prescription Dispensing Rules

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any person who permits the compounding or dispensing of prescriptions, or the furnishing of dangerous drugs in his or her pharmacy, except by a pharmacist, is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 890, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1997.)
