§ 4205 Hypodermic Syringe License

Key Takeaways

  • •You need a special license to sell needles and syringes for animals.
  • •You must apply for this license every year—it doesn’t last forever.
  • •If you have more than one store, each store needs its own license.
  • •The license can be taken away if you break the rules.

Example

A pet store owner wants to sell syringes for giving medicine to dogs.

The owner must get a license from the board first. If they don’t follow the rules, like selling without a license, the board can stop them from selling syringes.
