§ 4011 Board Enforcement Of Drug Laws

The board shall administer and enforce this chapter and the Uniform Controlled Substances Act (Division 10 (commencing with Section 11000) of the Health and Safety Code). (Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 890, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1997.)
