§ 3752 Respiratory Care Practitioner Convictions

Key Takeaways

  • •If a respiratory care worker is found guilty of a crime that affects their job, they can lose their license.
  • •Even if they get probation instead of jail time, their license can still be taken away.
  • •The board can refuse to give a license to someone with this kind of guilty plea or conviction.

Example

Because stealing medicine is related to their job, the board can take away their license, even if they only get probation and no jail time.
