§ 3673 Naturopathic Corporation Licensing Requirements

Except as provided in Section 13403 of the Corporations Code, each director, shareholder, and officer of a naturopathic corporation, except an assistant secretary and an assistant treasurer, shall be a licensed person as defined by Section 13401 of the Corporations Code. (Added by Stats. 2003, Ch. 485, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 2004. Repealed as of January 1, 2027, pursuant to Section 3686.)
