§ 3532 Violation Penalties For Sections

Any person who violates Section 3502, 3503, 3515, or 3516 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months, or by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both. (Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1092, Sec. 13. Effective September 27, 1983. Operative January 1, 1984, by Sec. 427 of Ch. 1092.)
