§ 3528 Pa License Disciplinary Proceedings

Key Takeaways

  • •If someone wants to be a PA (like a doctor's helper) or run a training program for PAs, the state can say no or take away their permission.
  • •If the state says no or takes away permission, there are special rules they have to follow to be fair.
  • •These rules are written in another part of the law (Chapter 5, starting at Section 11500).

Example

A person applies to become a PA, but the state says no because of their past mistakes.

The state can't just say no without following fair rules. They have to give the person a chance to explain and follow the steps in Chapter 5.
