§ 3024 Optometrist License Discipline

The board may grant or refuse to grant an optometrist license as provided in this chapter and may revoke or suspend the license of any optometrist for any of the causes specified in this chapter. It shall have the power to administer oaths and to take testimony in the exercise of these functions. (Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 473, Sec. 4. (SB 821) Effective January 1, 2014.)
