§ 2923 Board Member Qualifications

Each member of the board shall have all of the following qualifications: (a) He or she shall be a resident of this state. (b) Each member appointed, except the public members shall be a licensed psychologist. The public members shall not be licentiates of the board or of any board under this division or of any board referred to in the Chiropractic Act or the Osteopathic Act. (Amended by Stats. 1989, Ch. 888, Sec. 8.)
