§ 2291 Unauthorized Certificate Issuance

• •Only certain people can sign or give out official certificates.
• •If you're not on the board or allowed by them, you can't sign these papers.
• •Doing this anyway is bad and against the rules.

A doctor who is not on the medical board tries to sign a certificate for a patient.

This doctor is not allowed to sign that paper. Only people on the board or given permission can do it. If they sign it anyway, they are breaking the rules.
