§ 2061 Licensed Healing Arts Exemption

Key Takeaways

  • •This law says that other licensed health workers (like doctors or nurses) can still do their jobs even if this chapter talks about other rules.
  • •If someone is already allowed to do a health job under another law, this chapter doesn’t stop them.
  • •It’s about making sure people with the right licenses can keep helping patients.

Example

A nurse who is licensed to give shots can still give shots even if this chapter has rules about other medical jobs.

The law lets the nurse keep doing their job because they already have the right license.
