§ 2002 Medical Board Definitions

Unless otherwise expressly provided, the term “board” as used in this chapter means the Medical Board of California. As used in this chapter or any other provision of law, “Division of Medical Quality” and “Division of Licensing” shall be deemed to refer to the board. (Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 678, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2008.)
