§ 19972 State Gambling License Limitation

For the purposes of Section 3482 of the Civil Code, the issuance of a state gambling license shall not be construed to authorize any conduct or activity other than the conduct of controlled gambling. (Added by renumbering Section 19958 by Stats. 2002, Ch. 738, Sec. 119. Effective January 1, 2003.)
