§ 19864 Gambling License Application Requirements

Key Takeaways

  • •You need to fill out special forms from the state to get a gambling license.
  • •The form must include the name of the person or business wanting the license, where the gambling place will be, and what games they will have.
  • •You must list everyone involved in the business and explain their role.
  • •The state can ask for more details if they need to check everything properly.

Example

You want to open a casino with card games and slot machines.

You have to fill out the state’s forms, telling them your name, where the casino will be, what games you’ll have, and who else is involved in the business. If you don’t give all the details, they won’t give you the license.
