§ 19220 Violation Penalties

Every person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable for each offense by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) or by imprisonment for not less than three nor more than six months or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Amended by Stats. 1993, Ch. 1264, Sec. 94. Effective January 1, 1994.)
