§ 18858 Fake Contest Prohibition

Any licensee who directly or indirectly holds, participates in, aids, or abets any sham or fake contest or match shall be subject to disciplinary action. This section does not apply to any exhibition. (Added by renumbering Section 18865 by Stats. 2015, Ch. 316, Sec. 13. (SB 469) Effective January 1, 2016.)
