§ 18703 Ticket Price And Numbering

Key Takeaways

  • •Every ticket for an event must show its price clearly on the front.
  • •You can't sell a ticket for more than the price printed on it.
  • •The ticket must have its number printed on both ends.

Example

You buy a concert ticket that says $50 on it.

If someone tries to sell you the same ticket for $100, they are breaking the law. The ticket must also have its number printed on both sides so you can see it easily.
