§ 18665 Promoter License Financial Disclosure

(a) All applications for a promoter’s license shall contain a true statement of all persons connected with or having a proprietary interest in the promoter. (b) Any person connected with, or having a proprietary interest in, an applicant for a promoter’s license shall provide the commission with such financial information, or access to such financial information, as the commission deems necessary in order to determine whether the applicant is financially responsible. (c) Any application for a promoter’s license shall be signed under penalty of perjury by the sole proprietor, a general partner, or an officer of the corporation or association, as the case may be.
